How do I order and personalise my invites?

For semi-custom designs, place an order for your invitations via our website. Your confirmation email will contain a link to a personalization form where we can collect all the information. Send the form back to us by email and will make a start on designing your stationery! You will receive digital proofs via email and will have an opportunity to make final changes to the wording etc.

How do I order a bespoke design?

Get in touch! We love creating designs that are truly unique. We will discuss your ideas and provide you with a quote. You will receive digital proofs throughout the design process to make sure you’re happy with your designs.

When will I receive my order?

Once you approve your designs for printing, please allow 3-4 weeks for order to be printed and assembled. If you you are in a rush to send your invites out, please make us aware of this before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate.

When should I place my order?

Wedding invitations can be sent out 2-6 months before the big day. The ideal time to start the design process is around 3 months before you plan to send out your invites. This gives us plenty of time to perfect your designs and hand finish all those important details!

Can I order a sample?

Yes, you can order samples of our semi-custom designs! Head to our shop and select order samples from the menu. Add them to your basket and tell us which collection you would like a sample of. Alternatively you can contact us directly to arrange a sample.

Can I order with you over email instead of on the website?

Of course! You can email us at laura@llcreativedesign.co.uk to order your invitations, if you want to change any colours or fonts on a design please contact us first so we can make sure we can accommodate what you are after.

Can I book a consulation?

Of course! We love meeting couples in person, it also means you can have a look at samples in person and we can discuss your ideas! All consultations are at my home address in the CA1 area of Carlisle, please contact me to book a date and time that suits you. Weekend appointments availbale on request.

Can you do consultations over zoom or phone call?

Absolutely! If you can’t make it to the studio, we are more than happy to chat about your ideas over the phone or via video call, contact us to arrange an appointment.
